Browse what’s on
Everything your provider is running — clubs, camps and holiday sessions — with dates, times, ages, venue and places left. Filter to what fits your week.
Book your child’s sessions, pay how you like, fill the medical form once and see photos from the day — all in your provider’s own app. Fewer paper forms, bank transfers and group chats.
Free for families. One account with the camp, club or nursery your child goes to.
Your provider runs on ActivityLane, so everything they run — every club, camp and session your children are on — sits in one account on your phone.
Camps, weekly clubs, wraparound care and one-off sessions — all bookable from the same place, with every discount you’re owed applied for you.
Everything your provider is running — clubs, camps and holiday sessions — with dates, times, ages, venue and places left. Filter to what fits your week.
Every session you’ve booked, for every child, in one view. Amend or cancel within your provider’s rules — and join a waitlist that moves you up automatically.
Card, childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare, where your provider accepts them. Your payments and receipts are kept in your account.
Cancellations, goodwill and referral rewards land as credit in your wallet — and come off the total automatically at checkout.
Where your provider runs them, join a tier for wallet credit or a standing discount, with the benefit shown before you commit.
Discount codes in one place, and sibling or multi-session savings worked out for you at checkout.
Share your link with other parents. Where your provider runs a referral scheme, your friend gets a discount on their first booking and you earn a reward when it goes through.
What’s running, when and where — week by week, so you can plan childcare around it before places go.
Add each child once, then book them onto different clubs in the same basket, and pay for the lot in one go.
The two things parents lose the most time and money on — government childcare accounts that never seem to land, and discounts nobody tells you about.
Choose Tax-Free Childcare at checkout and you get the provider’s account details and your child’s own payment reference on screen. Copy them into your childcare account and that’s your part done.
Employer childcare vouchers work the same way where your provider accepts them.
Join a tier and the benefit is applied for you — credit added to your wallet, or a standing discount taken off at checkout.
Not every provider runs memberships. If yours does, you’ll see the tiers on their booking page.
Allergies, medication, consent and what happened on the day — recorded once, kept current, and in front of the staff who need it.
Medical needs, allergies, dietary requirements, SEND support, doctor, emergency contact and a collection password — entered once and reused for every booking.
Record inhalers, EpiPens and prescribed medicine with the dose and your written permission to administer it. Staff see it on the register, not in a filing cabinet.
If something happens, you get the record — what happened, when, what was done and by whom — rather than a rushed word at the door.
Off-site trip coming up? Read the details and give consent with a tap. No printing, no signing, no digging it out of the bag on Friday morning.
See the menu for the days your child is in and choose their meals, with anything that clashes with their allergies flagged before you pick it.
Staff take the register on the day, so your child is marked in and out and it’s recorded who collected them. Your provider can also ask for a collection password at the door.
Updates, photos and a direct line to the team, in the app you already have open.
Photos and little updates from the session — your child at the top of the climbing wall, not a stock image. Shared privately with you, and only with your consent.
Half-term dates, kit reminders, weather calls and sports-day news — posted once, in one place, instead of scattered across emails.
Running late, changing who’s collecting, or just checking something — message the people running the session directly, and keep the thread.
“When’s Noah’s next session?” · “What’s my wallet balance?” · “How do I add a child?” Ask in plain English and get a straight answer.
The app comes in 11 languages, including Polish, Urdu and Arabic — switch in a tap and read it in the one you’re comfortable with.
Leave feedback after a session so your provider hears it while it still matters.
Messages, photos, bookings, payments and your child’s record — in your provider’s branding, on your phone. Nothing to download.

One booking, from Sunday night to Friday pick-up — and the bits you’d normally have to chase.
Half-term camp, three days, both children. The sibling discount comes off on its own; you pay by card, or copy your Tax-Free Childcare reference into your childcare account.
Mia’s nut allergy and Noah’s inhaler are already on file, so the team has them on the register on day one. You confirm the zoo trip with one tap.
Six photos from the trip land in Moments. A note from the coach says Noah grazed his knee, what was done, and that he was fine ten minutes later.
Thursday was cancelled for weather, so the credit lands in your wallet, ready to come off the next booking. Nobody had to be chased.
You’re trusting this with medical notes and photographs of your children. Here’s the deal.
Switch the whole app — bookings, forms, messages and updates — into the language you’d rather read.
No. ActivityLane is free for families — your provider pays for it. You only ever pay for the sessions you book, at the price they set.
You can only create an account with a provider who uses ActivityLane, so search for their name when you sign up. If they’re not there, tell them about us — providers start with a free trial.
Every parent or carer has their own login. If you share a child’s care, tell your provider so they can reach both of you.
Where your provider accepts them, yes — alongside card payments. Your provider matches the payment to the booking using your reference.
Your provider sets the policy and it’s shown before you pay. Where a refund or credit is due, it’s issued to your wallet or back to your card — and you can see exactly what was returned and when.
No. It runs in your phone’s browser, so there is nothing to download or update.
Turn photo consent off in your child’s profile. They’re then excluded from Moments and staff see the flag before anything is taken or posted.
Ask from your account, or contact your provider directly — they’re the data controller. Some records, such as accident and safeguarding logs, must legally be retained for a period; everything else can go.
Sign in, or create an account with the provider your child attends.
