Delete my account

This permanently deletes your sign-in and your family's personal details. It cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to the app or the website.
2. Open My account and choose Delete my account.
3. Check what is deleted and what is kept, enter your password and type DELETE.

Deleted straight away

• Your sign-in, name, phone, address and preferences.
• Your children's profiles, photos, plans and learning records.
• Your messages, review comments and notifications.

What we must keep

• Bookings and payment records, kept for tax and accounting (usually 6 years). Your name, email, phone and address are removed from them.
• Registers, accident, medication and safeguarding records that a provider is legally required to hold. The provider keeps these, not you.
• A short note that this deletion happened, with no personal details.
• Providers keep your child's activity records (bookings, registers, incidents) for safeguarding reasons, for the period the law requires.

Can't sign in?

Tell us the email address on your account. A member of our team will check it is you and delete the account within one month.
